If an Officer has changed Agencies or jurisdictions, the RollKall mobile app can be easily updated.
- Tap the Profile icon in the upper left corner of the RollKall mobile app.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Department.
- Tap the Current Department field and begin typing the name of the new jurisdiction.
- Tap the correct jurisdiction when it appears in the list.
- Tap Save in the upper right corner.
- Tap Find Jobs in the bottom left corner. Please update any Supervisor information by clicking the tab reading: Edit Supervisor Information and Request Supervisor Approval. Be sure to fill in the new Supervisor's information.
- Tap the card to request approval. At this point, the Request Supervisor Approval card includes a "Pending" banner as seen in the image below.
The Officer must wait to be verified by the Supervisor and updated Agency Administrator. The RollKall mobile app will send a notification once the account has been approved.
