Officers can update their personal information anytime on the RollKall mobile app.
Some agencies may choose to limit the ability of Officers to update their PID#, Department Start Date, and Rank. If you are unable to change these but need to, contact your Agency's RollKall Administrator.
- Tap your Profile icon in the upper left corner of the RollKall mobile app.
- Tap Account.
- Tap any option down the list to begin editing the information stored on the Officer Profile:
- Account Information (email and phone number)
- Home Address
- Emergency Contact
- Department (PID#, Department Start Date, Rank may be locked).
- Supervisor
- Department Credentials
- Change password
- Two-factor Authentication
- Refer an Officer
- Save any changes.
