Case:
The user is unable to successfully upload photos to the server, often because of device permissions.
Cause:
The User has denied rights to the App for accessing Camera and Media (files) or both.
Confirm Device Settings and Solution:
- iOS: Navigate to your Home Screen. >> Locate and Tap your Settings (gear) icon. >> Scroll Down to the bottom of the screen and Find and Tap RollKall. >> Confirm that photos are either "All Photos" or "Selected Photos". Camera permissions should indicate "ON". As you back out to your Home Screen, the settings should self-save. Re-try uploading your photo image files.
- Android: Navigate to your Home Screen, Tap Settings (gear icon) >> Scroll down and Tap Applications >> Scroll down and Tap Rollkall. Under Permissions, confirm that Camera and Storage are both allowed. If not, grant permissions to these two functions. As you back out to your Home Screen, these settings will self-save and update. Re-try uploading your photo image files.
