The recommended process for managing your staff's roles is as follows:
- Review the table below to understand what privileges are granted to each role.
- Assess your staff and decide which role each member should be assigned.
- Navigate to the Staff area of the Portal and assign the proper role to each staff member.
Note: If yours is an existing agency that already has created staff, those staff will remain assigned to whatever role the Administrator originally assigned.
