While most pages in RollKall have a search field at the top, the filtering capability on the Jobs and Payments pages, in particular, will help you find the information you need, faster. This article discusses not only how to access/toggle the filters, but also lets you know how most users use them.
On the Jobs page, the filters are open by default. Most of our users use both the Client and Date Range filters (Date Range is not an available filter on the Active tab) so they can limit the number of jobs they are viewing. The funnel icon ( ) on the right side of the page is what you can use on this page in order to toggle filter fields on and off.
On the Payments page for RKPay, the filters are closed by default. To open them click the Filters button
() on the right side of the page. This button also acts as your toggle to reveal and close the filter fields. On this page, most of our users select the Client and Officer filters to narrow down their results.
