Within the mobile app, the Settings area within your Profile allows you to review Support tickets you have opened.
If you opened a ticket outside of RollKall Support's operating hours (M-F, 8A-5P Central Time), we'll address your issue as soon as the office reopens.
- Tap Profile in the bottom right corner of the nav bar.
- Tap the three vertical dots (
) in the upper right corner.
- On the Settings page, tap My Tickets.
- Review your list of tickets.
Note: You can tap Start a Conversation to open a new Support ticket.
