RollKall has 4 different User types: Administrators, Coordinators, Staff and View Only. While there are many commonalities between the different User types, there are a few major differences.

Administrators: To add a new User to your RollKall platform, login and click Your Name in the top right corner. When the drop down appears, click Staff. Click + Add User and enter their basic information to set up their new User account. The RollKall platform will immediately send them an invitation to the platform when saved.
Troubleshooting
Can Coordinator Users see ALL Coordinators jobs? or just their own?
A Coordinator User can only view the Client(s) they are managing. Their Job listing will only show the jobs of the Clients they manage and will not show them all Coordinators jobs.
I don't want the Coordinator of jobs to be able to view fiscal information. Which is the best User type?
It is recommended to assign them a 'Staff' User type which allows them to coordinate jobs but will not be able to view the invoicing.
