As part of our commitment to both our officers, law enforcement agencies, and clients, all officers must undergo re-verification with their respective department annually. We will notify you via email, 29 and 10 days prior to the expiration of your verification to ensure that you have enough time to submit the required information.
NOTE: Some departments do not require their officers to undergo this re-verification process, and handle the management of their officers directly. In these instances, please contact your respective agency.
Just as is the case with initial verification, re-verification takes 7-10 days, which is why you should follow the appropriate procedure below based on your re-verification date.
If you have more than 10 days before your verification expires, do the following:
- Log into RollKall.
- Tap the Profile (
) icon on the bottom right side of the nav bar.
- Scroll down the profile page to the Supervisor Info section and ensure your immediate supervisor's email is correct. If you need to change it, click the pencil icon (
) to the right of the Email field and correct it.
- Tap Request Verification on the your Profile page.
Your Immediate Supervisor will receive your request and will either confirm or deny your re-verification. You will get an email letting you know which choice your supervisor has made.
If you have less than 10 days before your verification expires, do the following:
- Log into RollKall.
You will be presented with the following page. - Check that the email presented is your immediate Supervisor's email address. If it is not, tap the blue (wrong email?) link and correct it.
- Tap Request Verification.
Your Immediate Supervisor will receive your request and will either confirm or deny your re-verification. You will get an email letting you know which choice your supervisor has made.
