How does RollKall set up Prepay jobs?
Prepay is set up on a per-job basis.
Are there limitations on Officer hours associated with Prepay jobs?
Yes. Prepay jobs have strict hour limitations for the officers. No going over the set time.
How far in advance of the job starting do I need to request a Prepay job?
Prepay jobs should be requested at least 72 hours prior to job start.
How do I pay for Prepay jobs?
You can use CC / ACH. We take any valid cc.
What if a my payment fails?
We give a four day grace period to correct/provide payment.
Do I have to use Prepay?
Yes. Jobs that are set up through RK Connect require Prepayment. By default, we enroll you in our Prepay program.
When will my card be charged?
There is no set schedule for charging clients/businesses. You are charged when the balance of your reserve funds gets too low.
How does the estimate and payment process work with Prepay?
If RollKall staffing for a single job, you will get an estimate to approve and pay. The job won’t be staffed until the estimate is paid.
If RollKall is staffing for a recurring job, you will get an estimate to approve and prepay for two weeks of that job. Moving forward it’s all charged once per week, up front/prior to the job. RollKall holds one week’s worth of job payments in reserve, and uses that week's funds at the beginning of that particular week.
Can the I cancel a Prepay job?
Yes. However, we recommend that you leave the unused funds in RollKall's reserve to be used for future jobs.
What if I need to add to my request?
We’ll create a new, separate job for you.
