Within the application, you can open a Support Ticket. We recommend that you check out our collection of Help articles before opening a ticket in case you can find the answer to your question before needing to open a ticket.
If you open a ticket outside of RollKall Support's operating hours (M-F, 8A-5P Central Time), we'll address your issue as soon as the office reopens.
- Click your name in the upper right corner, then select Help.
The RollKall Technologies help widget opens.
- Click Contact Us () in the bottom right corner of the widget.
- Type your question in the How can we help you? field.
Note: If appropriate, attach files and screenshots.
- Click Send.
To minimize the help widget, click the dash in the upper right corner of the widget (). You can always reopen the widget by clicking your name in the upper right corner and selecting Help.
