Within the mobile app, the Settings area within your Profile gives you access to our library of helpful articles which is available to you 24/7. If you're unable to find the answer you need there, you can open a Support Ticket for more assistance.

Android users
- Tap Profile in the bottom right corner of your nav bar.
- Tap the 3 vertical dots (
) in the upper right corner.
- On the Settings page, tap FAQ.
- Scroll through the list of articles and tap an unbolded title to open the article.
Or tap the magnifying glass in the upper right corner and type in a search keyword (for example, you can type the word payments for articles on that subject) and then tap your phone's enter key to bring up a series of related articles.
iOS users
- Tap Profile in the bottom right corner of your nav bar.
- Tap the 3 vertical dots (
