If you are finding that you've turned on RollKall's notifications and checked that the job radius and location information are sufficient, we've added a feature to troubleshoot notifications.
- Log into RollKall.
- Tap the Profile icon (
) icon on the bottom right side of the nav bar.
- Tap the three vertical dots on the top right side of your Profile.
- Tap Troubleshoot My Notifications.
The app will automatically test your notifications and if you see a red checkmark to the right of any line item, you can tap it to open it for more details. You can also tap the blue Run Tests button at the bottom to run the troubleshooting capability again.
If problems continue, it's best to take screen shots of what you are seeing in this troubleshooting area, and attach it to a Support Ticket.
