The Account Settings section of RollKall allows you to set your basic settings including profile, password, payment, and notification preferences.
To set up your RollKall account, you need to perform the following procedures:
Change your personal demographic information

- Use the toggle to indicate whether you want to see notifications in real time (such as officer call-offs) in the bottom right of your browser.
- Update the information as needed.
- Click Save.
Change your password
Initially, you need to create your password and confirm it. Thus, you'll only need to perform step 2 the first time you set up your account. Once you have an initial password, return here as needed to change it.
- Enter your current password in the Old Password field.
- Enter your new password in the New Password and Confirm Password fields.
- Click Save.
Set up notifications
- Use the toggle in the top right corner to turn notifications on and off.
- Use the individual toggles to indicate whether you want Email, SMS (text), and or Push Notifications for Invoice Status and Officer Status updates.
Sign up for RKPay
This procedure only needs to be performed if you are going to collect fees for your personal RollKall activities from Clients.
- Click the Sign up for RKPay button.
- Enter the appropriate account information.
Note: You will need to attach an evidence quality photo ID in order to sign up for RKPay. - Select the I attest that I have full authorization to this account checkbox.
- Click Save.
