The Account Settings section of RollKall allows you to set your basic settings including profile, password, payment, and notification preferences.
To set up your RollKall account, you need to perform the following procedures:

User Information
- Add or correct your name in the first fields.
- RollKall encourages the address entered be the Agency address.
- The phone number should be the phone number you wish to be contacted for off-duty related matters.
- The Time Zone should default to the correct time but can be updated.
Security
- Two-Factor Authentication can be enabled. Enabling this feature will add a second layer of protection to your login process. The first step will be email address and password, and the second step is to receive a verification code on text message.
- Changing your password in RollKall can be easy. Verify the email address/text message and create a new password.
Notifications
- Invoice Status: To receive notifications when an invoice is updated, you can turn the Push toggle on/off. Invoice status changes will, by default, always be emailed.
- Officer Status Updates: If an Officer needs to call off, an Officer has been assigned, a job is cancelled or an Officer is sending you a Note, you can receive those notifications over SMS (text message) or Push notification. Both toggles can be adjusted but the Officer Status Updates are not permitted over email.
RKPay Direct Deposit
This procedure only needs to be performed if you are going to collect Coordinator fees from jobs.
- Click the Sign up for RKPay button.
- Enter the appropriate account information.
- Select the I attest that I have full authorization to this account checkbox.
- Click Save.
Troubleshooting
I was told to enter my Agency banking information in Account. Where should I input the Agency account information?
You can enter the Agency banking information in the RKPay Direct Deposit section. To ensure the Agency fees and/or Officer pay is sent to this account, after entering the direct deposit information, click Your Name in the top right corner and select Agency Settings from the drop down. In your Agency Settings, at the top of the page, select Your Name as the Billing Contact and then scroll down to the 'Invoicing & Payments' section. Check the appropriate checkboxes to route the Officer pay and/or agency fees to the account. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
Does RollKall require a password change after a certain time period?
No, RollKall does not require a password change at any point.
