Instant Pay is RollKall's feature that allows you to get paid immediately after submitting an invoice, on jobs approved for this feature. More specifically, Instant Pay is available in situations where all 3 of the following criteria are met:
- The Agency or Client must have a strong payment history with RollKall. Once they are approved, then Instant Pay for the job becomes available to the officer on a per-invoice basis.
- Officers have to qualify for Instant Pay, based on the number of jobs worked, attendance, call-offs, disputes, etc.
- The invoice also has to qualify based on the expected original payout, in order to prevent disputes (your invoice must be within 10% of the estimated invoice).
If all these factors qualify, the invoice qualifies for Instant Pay and RollKall allows immediate disbursement to the officer upon officer submission (minus a 7.5% convenience fee). For example, if your invoice was $250, you will receive $231.25 (92.5% of the total). The reason for the convenience fee is because you are getting paid prior to the client approving or paying the invoice.
For jobs that are approved for Instant Pay, once your invoice has been submitted, the application notifies you to add your debit card information the first time you use Instant Pay. Input your debit card information or use your phone's camera to take a picture of your debit card, then tap Continue.
Note: Officers must use a debit card to participate in the Instant Pay feature.
