If you change the department for which you work, you can go into your Profile and update the information there. Please be aware that this change requires you to go through the verification process with your new department, and your account will be placed on hold until that verification is complete.
- Log into RollKall.
- Tap the Profile () icon on the bottom right side of the nav bar.
- Tap the pencil icon ( ) to the right of your jurisdiction's name (to the right of your picture).
- Tap Confirm if you want to move forward with the jurisdiction change.
- Tap the dropdowns and select the correct State, County, and Department.
- Tap Save in the upper right corner.
