By clicking the Payments option in the navigation bar at the top of the page, you can see the statuses of invoices that haven't yet been paid or are in dispute by the client.
There is a limit to a single partial payment within RollKall for a job. After that partial payment, Clients will need to write checks for partial payments. However, you choose to un-apply all partial payments on an invoice, restoring the invoice to its original full amount, the Client will be able to pay online again.
Online payments for 1099 MUST be the full amount.
Note: Coordinators and Staff cannot view or approve Officer invoices; only LEAs have that capability available to them.
Be aware that RKPay pays officers on Wednesdays.
Monitor payments regularly and contact officers if they need to submit invoices.

|Pending Submission||Displays a list of invoices that officers have not yet submitted to the client(s) for payment. You can click the Remind Officer button to send a notification to an officer to submit the invoice.|

Displays invoices reviewed and approved by the client, but the client has not yet paid them.
Displays invoices disputed by the clients. The officer needs to take action before processing can take place.
Displays invoices paid within the last 6 months. If you want to see invoices paid in a custom timeframe, we recommend that you run the Payment History Report.
