If your status as a Law Enforcement Officer has changed, your next step depends on whether you are working for an agency that uses RollKall or whether you are working for an agency that is not currently using RollKall. Follow the appropriate procedure below, depending on your situation.
I work for an agency that uses RollKall
- Update your profile in RollKall to reflect your new agency.
- Contact your Coordinator at the new agency and request that your status be changed in RollKall.
I work for an agency that does not use RollKall
- Contact RollKall support and request a verification form.
- Fill out and return the verification form (you can take a picture of the completed verification form and attach it) and send it to RollKall via email, support@rollkall.com.
- RollKall will validate the form with your new agency.
