Besides adding a client during job creation, you may also choose to view and create clients from the Clients page. The quickest way to get to the clients list is by clicking your name in the upper right corner, then selecting Clients from the menu. From the Clients page you can add, edit, and delete clients.
You can also access the Client Overview Report by clicking the Reports icon () to the right of a client's row.
Add a client
- On the Clients page, click Add Client in the upper right corner.
- Type the Client Name in the first field.
- Click the Save button.
- Add a Primary, Emergency, and Billing Contact in their respective fields.
Note: Billing Contact is required.
- Click the + button to the right of each field to open the Add Contact page.
- Fill out the fields, then click Save.
- Use the dropdown to select the contacts so they appear in the fields.
- Click Save.
The client has now been added to your client dashboard.
Edit a client's name
- On the Clients page, click the tile (or row, depending on the view you have chosen on this page) that displays the client's name.
- Click the name of the client.
- In the upper right corner click Actions>Edit Client.
Note: You can invite the client to use RKPay by clicking the Invite to RollKall button in the upper right corner. - Change the client's name.
- Save your changes.
Delete a client
- On the Clients page, click the tile (or row, depending on the view you have chosen on this page) that displays the client's name.
- Click the name of the client.
- Click the trashcan icon.
Note: Ensure you want to delete this client, because this action cannot be undone, and any projects or jobs related to this client will be deleted. - Click the YES, DELETE CLIENT button.
The client is deleted from RollKall.
