Remember that if an Officer's status changes (the officer leaves your department or is suspended, for example), you will need to change their status. Many departments also follow a policy that requires annual Officer reverification.
If you are trying to manage Officers who are asking for initial approval into RollKall, refer to this article.
- For officers whose status you wish to change, search for them on the Officers page, and after locating them, click Actions>Edit.
The Edit Officer page opens.
Click the Verification tab, and in the Vetted Status field, select the appropriate status.
