Client Overview Report
This report lists activity around a particular client. More specifically, it lists active/inactive Projects, scheduled jobs and hours verse worked jobs and hours. You can also view the individual names of Officers who worked for the particular Client.
Project Overview Report
A great report if your interest is in how much activity, hours, and resources have been utilized for a specific Project. The Officers clocked time is easily viewed to account for how much time has been spent on a Project.
Officer Overview Report
This is one of the most popular reports searched by Agencies. If your Agency needs to account for Officer hours and behaviors, this is a great report to reflect the total number of hours worked and if the Officer is clocking in and out on time and onsite.
Location Overview Report
If a Client has multiple locations of work, such as a college with multiple campuses, this is a great report to analyze how much work is being completed between the multiple locations.
Jurisdiction Overview Report
This report lists activity of all officers within the department. This report reflects hours, working for both the Agency and outside Agency jobs. Review jobs, hours, locations and projects worked in this report.
Agency Overview Report
This report lists activity around the jobs that my agency is creating. Review hours, jobs, projects and Clients serviced over a specified time frame.
Payment History Report
This report lists which payments have been made. This separates the total amount paid to the Agency, from fees, and Officer pay. View the amounts of Client paid invoices, how much Coordinators have made and a separation of paid specialty fees.
Invoice Report (Detailed)
This report lists the status and details of all invoices. This is a great report if you need to export where payments are in the process. Utilize this report to understand which invoices have been paid to Officers. This is one of the largest reports in RollKall and provides the most data.
Department Invoice Report
This report lists which fees are being charged and collected at the Agency. This report can also reflect a specific Officer, Client, Location and Project's invoices.
This report lists the number of jobs each officer has been applied to and scheduled for. This side-by-side comparison is a great report to use if you need to see if an Officer has been applying to jobs and is being assigned to work.
Officer Un-assignment Overview Report
This report lists officers who have called off of jobs. To view the reasons for their call off, export the report to excel. In this report, the Client impacted by an Officer calling off will also be reflected.
Manual Invoice Report
If your Agency creates its own invoices, this report can search a specific Client and/or invoice number to review when/if the payment has been made. This detailed report will also reflect the Officer pay and all fees separated out.
Manual Invoice Report (Aging)
Track outstanding invoices in this Aging Report. The visibility in this report will shed light on whether the payment is 30 days or 60+ days outstanding. This report is only available to Agencies who create their own invoices.
Applied Payments Report
Some Clients pay a portion of their invoice and some pay the whole amount. This report shows all amounts paid on invoices, by Clients, and can even show a minimum and maximum payment search.
If the Client mails the Agency a check, which report is best to review?
When the payment is not processed through RollKall, the reports will not able to provide a payment process. If your Agency has manual invoicing, and is being actively managed by the Agency, the 'Manual Invoice Report' will reflect non-RKPay payments.
I need to review how many hours of off-duty the Agency completed this month. Which report is best?
The best report for the Agency's total hours worked and scheduled is the 'Agency Overview' report. This report provides information on scheduled verse hours worked across the whole Agency.
