When Coordinating jobs, the management of future scheduled jobs is key. When viewing upcoming jobs, the Coordinator can see who is assigned, assign someone manually if necessary, review the time and date of the shift and also where the upcoming job is located.
View Upcoming Jobs
- After logging in to your RollKall portal, click on Jobs on the blue bar at the top of the page.
- Click the Upcoming rectangle. The Upcoming rectangle will reflect the number of upcoming jobs in view.
- Jobs will be listed in date order. The jobs can be filtered by Agency, Client, Project, Location, Supervisor, Timecard Exception, Tags and Invoice Type.
What do the checkboxes on the left of the job listing do?
The checkbox will allow the Coordinator to post, delete, assign or build an estimate for the job.
What does the blue RKPay ribbon indicate?
The blue RKPay ribbon is an indicator the job is invoiced and paid through RollKall.
I need to reach out to an Officer who has signed up for one of my jobs. How can I reach out to them?
To reach out to the Officer, click on the job to open the job details, open the Positions section and the Officer's contact details will be listed to the right of their profile photo.
I'd like to reach out to an outside Agency Officer who is using RollKall. Can I contact the Officer from RollKall?
If the Officer has worked a job for your Agency in the past, then their contact information will be visible on the past job details. If they have not worked a job for your Agency in the past, the contact information of that Officer will remain hidden to keep their personal information confidential.
