When a Client is reviewing their invoice they can either approve the invoice or submit a dispute. When a dispute is raised it's important for all parties to attempt to resolve the issue as quickly and amicably as possible.
Note: Only Administrator or Coordinator Users have the capability of viewing disputes by Clients.
- Click the Payments tab on the blue bar at the top of the portal.
- Click the Disputes rectangle at the top of the page.
- Review any open disputes and their reasoning.
- If the Dispute has been resolved, the Coordinator can change the status of the invoice back to Pending Review, by clicking the button on the invoice: Change to Pending Review. This will allow the Coordinator to do a final review of the correction, and resubmit the invoice to the Client.
If an invoice is being disputed and needs the time card to be adjusted, how can I change the clock in or out of the Officer?
To adjust the time or edit anything in a disputed invoice, first please click the 'Change to Pending Review' button on the invoice and second, click 'Edit Invoice' to make any changes to the hour and/or fees. Lastly, click Send Invoice to resubmit the invoice to the Client for payment.
