The RollKall platform is reserved for active Officers and Civilians within a Law Enforcement Agency or Fire Department. There is a verification process for all who download the RollKall mobile app. Everyone must first pass the verification process in order to view, apply and work details within RollKall.
Agencies usually require a two-step verification process:
- Supervisor Approval
- Agency Leadership/Administrator approval
When the Agency Administrators verify an Officer, the Officer will receive a notification they have been verified.
For Agencies using RollKall Managed Services(RMS) to enter jobs, the RollKall RMS Team will verify the Officers.
The verification process may take a few days or up to a week depending on the Agency internal verification process.
