If you run into issues with how the app is working, RollKall may request that you provide a troubleshooting file, so we can help figure out a solution. Perform the following steps to navigate to and produce the debug log file.
- Tap your Profile picture in the upper left corner of the app.
- Tap Help Center.
- Tap Share Debug Log.
The .txt file of the Debug Log is automatically downloaded to your phone. - Share the Debug Log by emailing it to RollKall Support, or in whatever way your RollKall Support Representative requests.
