Sometimes a Group is no longer needed and when that time comes, there is a very simple delete option in Groups.

Delete a Group

1. Click Groups on the blue navigation bar at the top of the page. 
2. Click the Groups dropdown on the right side of the page, and select the group you want to delete.
3. The Group Name will appear on the left side of the screen under the 'Search Officers' search bar. Click the pencil icon next to the Group Name.
4. Click Remove Group.
5. Select whether you want to move all officers in this group to another group or whether you want to delete the group entirely; then click Confirm.

Troubleshooting

Why would I want to migrate my Officers when deleting a Group?

Migrating Officers is affective when the Officers should be added to a new Group. It's a time saver! Rather than adding each of them, individually, you can merge all of the current Officers of a Group to another Group so the old Group can be deleted.
