Prepay job status can be viewed under 'Estimates' on RollKall. Gain visibility in to a denied, approved or pending estimate and prepay job status.

View Prepay Jobs

1. Click Jobs on the blue navigation bar at the top of the page. 
2. Just below the blue navigation bar, click Estimates.
3. Here you can see the Pending, Denied, and Approved tabs. Click on any of the tabs to view what status the estimates or prepay jobs are in.

Troubleshooting

What if a prepay job is declined by the Client?

The job cannot be posted if prepayment is not made on a prepay required job. Hopefully, the reason for declining can remedied and payment made in time for the job start. 

What happens to a job if the Client doesn't choose to approve or decline it?

The job will expire. It would need to be recreated at that point.
