Why Can't I See Jobs?

If an Officer does not see any jobs under Find Jobs, try troubleshooting any of the following options:

Check the filters at the top of the RollKall mobile app in the Find Jobs page to ensure that your distance filter is set to a large radius. It may simply be that there are no open jobs in the area.
Make sure you have the latest version of RollKall installed. To do this, open either the App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android) and ensure there is not a need to update RollKall.
The Agency Coordinators may not have any jobs posted yet or may be limiting the view of jobs.
