Re-verification is needed under two main circumstances:
- Changed jurisdictions or Agency.
- Your Agency performs an annual re-verification.

If the re-verification is taking place before the account expires, the Officer can still sign up for jobs. If the account has expired, the Officer will be unable to sign up for jobs until verified again. However, a "Request Approval" card (seen in the image below) appears within the app until re-verified.
