The security of your information is our priority. If your Agency would like to enforce Two-Factor Authentication for all Users, our RollKall staff can enable this feature Agency-wide. This feature will require the Two-Factor Authentication for platform Users and all Officers on the RollKall app.

Enforce Two-Factor Authentication for the Agency
- Connect with your RollKall Account Manager to enforce Two-Factor Authentication.
- RollKall Users and Officers: When the feature is enabled, Users will be prompted to verify they are the correct person attempting to login with their email address and password. Secondly, by sending a 6-digit verification code through text message. When both parts are verified, the User will gain access to their RollKall account.
Troubleshooting
I don't want to enforce Two-Factor Authentication but would like the User to have the option to turn this feature on. Can my Agency make it optional?
Absolutely! If your Agency doesn't require Two-Factor Authentication, all Users and Officers can still enable this feature.
