- Click Your Name in the top right corner of the screen.
- On the drop down, click Account.
- Scroll to the section titled 'Security', and click Enable to the right of Two-Factor Authentication.
Troubleshooting
Why is Two-Factor Authentication important?
This feature will strengthen the security to login by requiring two types of information from the User (email and text message). These two, separate and distinct forms of identification verify the User's identity at login.
Am I required to use Two-Factor Authentication?
Some agencies require it and other agencies will make it optional. Please speak to your LEA leadership to determine if it should be required.
