Within the mobile app, the Help Center area within your Profile allows you to review Support tickets you have opened.
If you opened a ticket outside of RollKall Support's operating hours (M-F, 8A-5P Central Time), we'll address your issue as soon as the office reopens.
- Tap your Profile icon in the upper left corner.
- Tap Help Center.
- Tap My Tickets.
- Review your list of tickets.
Note: You can tap Start a Conversation to open a new Support ticket.
