Within the mobile app, the Help Center area within your Profile allows you to review Support tickets you have opened. Every Support request becomes a ticket.
The RollKall Support Team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Tap your Profile icon in the upper left corner.
- Tap Help Center.
- Tap My Tickets.
- Review your list of tickets.
Note: You can tap Start a Conversation to open a new Support ticket.
