Password Change

Officers can change the RollKall mobile app password any time.

1. Tap your Profile icon in the upper left corner of the RollKall mobile app.
2. Tap Account.
3. Tap Change Password.
4. Tap Send code.
5. An Account Verification page appears. Double check the email address is accurate and tap Send Verification Code.
6. Navigate to your email and open the email with the 6-digit code.
7. Enter the 6-digit code into the Verification Code field, then tap Verify code.
8. Tap Continue.
9. Type the New Password and then type the new password a second time.
10. Tap Continue and the password is saved.
